Do you import goods from overseas, operate in international supply chains or export goods? If so, there are some significant changes ahead for when the UK leaves the Customs Union.

Whilst trade deals and timelines are to be negotiated, there are still preparations that you can start to make for your business. Preparing a plan to manage Brexit now, no matter the final outcome of negotiations, will ensure that you are able to service your customers and continue with business as usual.

The Manufacturing Growth Fund will be delivering a series of free workshops across the North West in partnership with the local Growth Hubs. These events will offer you an outline of what Brexit means for small and medium manufacturing firms and provide you with tools to start preparing your business.

Who should attend?

Manufacturing leaders and managers from small and medium businesses who are responsible for strategic development, financial management and/or sales and marketing.

What will I leave with?

The tools and knowledge to start your business planning.
An understanding of the tariffs my business may need to pay to continue trading.
Access to local expertise to help you with business planning, supply chain management and/or sales and marketing strategy.
